Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ligu Inc., operating as Ousia AI, collects, uses, retains, shares, and protects personal information and related data when providing websites, apps, products, and services.

Effective date: July 7, 2026

1. Scope and Controller

This policy applies to websites, desktop or mobile applications, online services, account systems, support, payment and subscription management flows, and other products or features provided by Ligu Inc. under the Ousia AI name, including Ousia Voice. Unless a specific product page, purchase page, or separate agreement states otherwise, Ligu Inc. is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Third-party platforms, app stores, payment processors, sign-in providers, model providers, and external websites may process information under their own policies, which you should review when using those services.

2. Information We May Process

We may process information you submit, such as your name or nickname, email address, phone number, sign-in account information, contact details, support messages, feedback, issue descriptions, attachments, screenshots, invoices, and order records. We also process service, subscription, and security information, including anonymous_id, device_id, session_id, account identifiers, login tokens, device model, operating system version, app version, platform, language and region settings, time zone, events, feature usage records, active duration, crash logs, diagnostic logs, performance data, subscription status, license or entitlement status, transaction identifiers returned by Apple or other payment channels, and technical data needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, anti-abuse, and performance of the services. For Ousia Voice features involving speech input, transcription, or AI cleanup, audio, text, file content, and generated output may be service content. Cloud ASR or AI cleanup processes relevant content to complete the feature you request, but we do not retain your specific audio or transcription content, and we do not retain history that you delete locally or from the service.

3. Purposes of Use

We use information to create and maintain the services, support Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, and phone SMS sign-in, verify accounts and subscriptions, complete payments, assist with subscription cancellation and refunds, provide customer support, diagnose faults, improve product reliability and user experience, measure feature usage, protect accounts and services, prevent abuse, perform contractual obligations, comply with applicable law, handle disputes, and send notices related to services, transactions, security, or policy changes. Basic diagnostics and usage analytics are necessary for service reliability, anti-abuse, security, and product improvement, and may not be disabled. Online recognition, cloud cleanup, history saving, sync, and other optional connected capabilities can be managed in product settings or the relevant feature flow. We do not sell your personal information or use this data for cross-app or cross-website tracking.

4. Ousia Voice, Local Processing, and Connected Features

Ousia Voice is designed to prioritize local processing where applicable, including voice input, file transcription, history management, and related functions on your device. If you use online recognition, cloud models, text cleanup, translation, sync, backup, diagnostics, or other connected capabilities, relevant audio, text, file excerpts, logs, or generated content may be transmitted to Ousia AI or service providers acting on our behalf to complete the feature you requested. Third-party services we use may include Apple sign-in, subscription, and App Store services, Xiaomi large model services, Alibaba Bailian large model services, and providers of hosting, analytics, error monitoring, SMS, email, and customer support. You should not submit content you are not authorized to process, and you are responsible for confirming that you have a lawful basis before processing sensitive information, confidential business information, or third-party personal information.

5. Sharing, International Transfers, Retention, and Security

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with providers of hosting, analytics, error monitoring, payment, subscription management, sign-in verification, SMS verification, customer support, email delivery, model, and speech recognition services; in connection with a restructuring, merger, financing, asset transfer, or similar transaction; or where required to comply with legal process, regulatory requirements, enforce agreements, or protect users, the public, or our legitimate interests. Information may be transferred, stored, or accessed across jurisdictions because service providers, infrastructure, and users may be located in different places. We retain necessary data as required by applicable laws and regulations, platform rules, tax and accounting requirements, security needs, and dispute handling. After account deletion or history deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed, but some transaction records, anti-fraud records, security logs, support tickets, backup-rotation data, or information legally required to be retained may remain until the necessary retention period ends. We use reasonable safeguards such as contracts, access controls, encryption, audit logging, and data minimization, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

6. Rights, Choices, and Contact

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion of your account and related personal data, portability, restriction, or objection regarding your personal information, and you may manage local history, connected features, sync capabilities, and notification preferences in product settings. You may delete local or cloud history, and we do not continue retaining history content you delete from the service. To protect information, we may need to verify your identity, purchase record, or control over the relevant account before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some requests may not be fulfilled immediately or completely where retention is legally required, needed to complete transactions, automatically cancel subscriptions, process refunds, protect security, resolve disputes, affects others' rights, remains in backups pending ordinary rotation, or may otherwise be declined under applicable law. Privacy questions, requests, or complaints may be sent to support@ousiaai.com.
