1. Agreement Scope and Acceptance
These terms apply to websites, applications, software, online services, account systems, documentation, support services, subscription features, and related content provided or operated by Ligu Inc. under the Ousia AI name, including Ousia Voice. By accessing, installing, registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, copying, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If a product, purchase page, platform rule, or separate agreement includes supplemental terms, those terms apply together with these terms; where there is a conflict, the more specific terms applicable to the product or transaction control.
2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Security
You may use the services only as permitted by applicable law and only if you have the capacity and authority necessary to enter into and perform these terms. Some services or features may require an account, and sign-in methods may include Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or phone SMS sign-in. Subscriptions, connected capabilities, customer support, or entitlement management may require an account, platform account, payment information, or other verification details. You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information, safeguard accounts, devices, subscription entitlements, and login credentials, and are responsible for activity occurring through them unless caused directly by our failure to meet reasonable security obligations.
3. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, applicable law, and payment obligations, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access or use the services as intended by the documentation, purchase page, and product design. You may not copy, rent, sell, resell, distribute, host, provide outsourcing services through, bypass licensing or payment controls for, remove rights notices from, interfere with, scan or attack, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the services, or use them for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, unsafe, privacy-invasive, or unauthorized purposes. Except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived by contract, you may not use the services for competitive analysis, to build substitute products, or to undermine service integrity.
4. User Content, Outputs, and Responsibility
You are responsible for content you input, upload, record, transcribe, edit, sync, share, or otherwise process through the services, and you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to process that content. Speech recognition, transcription, translation, summarization, text cleanup, and other AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, delays, formatting deviations, or content unsuitable for a particular use. You should conduct human review before relying on, publishing, submitting, archiving, or using outputs for legal, medical, financial, educational assessment, employment, personnel, or other important decisions. We do not claim ownership of your user content, but you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect, troubleshoot, improve, and perform the features you request. Cloud ASR or AI cleanup is used to complete the processing you request and does not retain your specific audio or transcription content.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, Updates, and Service Changes
Ousia AI currently provides paid entitlements through subscriptions. Subscription prices, taxes, trials, billing periods, auto-renewal, cancellation methods, platform limits, and refund rules are shown in the purchase entry, App Store, app store, payment platform, order page, or related policy. You should confirm the product, system requirements, feature scope, trial limits, subscription period, and applicable platform rules before payment. If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Apple in-app purchase, subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refunds are usually governed by your Apple account, the App Store, and Apple's refund policies. The account deletion flow will trigger or assist cancellation of future renewal for the related Apple subscription, but refunds for charges already incurred may still be reviewed and handled by Apple or the applicable platform. We may release fixes, updates, upgrades, or feature changes from time to time, and may suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue parts of the services for security, compliance, technical, business, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unreasonable impact on purchased entitlements, but we do not guarantee that any particular feature, third-party integration, model capability, or platform channel will remain available permanently.
6. Disclaimers, Limits, and Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, fit for your particular purpose, produce fully accurate outputs, or remain compatible with all third-party systems. Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, Ligu Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or substitute service costs. You agree to first contact us at support@ousiaai.com in good faith to resolve issues related to the services or these terms. These terms are interpreted and enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law, and no mandatory consumer protection, data protection, or platform rule is excluded by these terms.
